		<description>While I like to support independent businesses and et cetera. I&#039;m going to miss my &quot;third place&quot; my local Barnes and Noble. It&#039;s closing down because I think the owner of the land wants to build luxury housing or maybe its because the rent is too high.  I spent countless evenings in their cafe reading. Yes, the third place idea is rather interesting. People just need a place to go outside of their homes, but where its not really &quot;going out&quot; as in the traditional sense. 

I think of it as going to your local bar to unwind. Not everyone likes the bar scene (i&#039;m not a bar person) but I like the cafe scene. I think bookstore/cafe places are going to be huge in the coming years. I&#039;d like support independent booksellers and cafes however so I hope people will think of opening them up.</description>
